Competitive salary

Vacation, Sick days and Paid HolidaysFor full time employees, the company normally grants eight paid holidays each year which are observed on the following days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. In addition, employees are granted vacation time based on years of service and sick days for those unexpected illnesses. Major Medical plan and Prescription Drug Plan
Eligible employees can choose major medical coverage for their family in addition to the required employee only coverage. Wagner’s contribution to employee’s health coverage exceeds the industry average. Our medical plan includes affordable coverage for all your health needs including a large network of providers and prescription drug benefits at varying co-pays for generic and brand name prescription medication.
Dental and Vision
As a bundled benefit package in addition to medical coverage, we offer dental coverage available to employees and their families for preventative, basic and major services, as well as orthodontia. Vision coverage and discounts are also available to all members on eye exams, lenses and frames or contacts.

Life Insurance
Providing family income in the event of your death is another aspect of compensation. Wagner employees receive free coverage for a death benefit equal to one times annual base salary, minimum $25,000. Employees may also purchase additional life insurance at affordable group rates.

Under our Wagner 401k plan, employees have plenty of help in preparing for their retirement years. You can contribute up to the IRS maximum on a pretax basis and receive a generous company match.
