In November 2005, Gamo approached Wagner needing to package two new products - their Rocket Ballistic Tip and Raptor Supersonic Performance Ballistic Alloy - and deliver them to Wal-Mart by the end of the year. Gamo had previously contracted another packaging company who backed out at the last minute, leaving Gamo and Wagner a total of 7 weeks to take the project from start to finish; in fact, by the time Wagner learned about Gamo's project, the pellets were already being shipped on a boat from Spain to the US. 
The project consisted of approximately 300,000 blister packs, which added the challenge of a high-volume order to the short time frame in which to complete the project. With Wal-Mart's strict delivery requirements
if Gamo could not get their product on store shelves by the required date they could lose their contract with the retail giant. Confident that they could meet Gamo's needs, Wagner rose to the challenge and accepted the contract.
Gamo sought the use of blister packaging for Wal-Mart's shelves, featuring new eye-catching graphic designs in bold colors. The Raptors required a double blister-pack and the Rockets a single, each with its own unique packaging design and color scheme. With Gamo's priorities of implementing eye-catching packaging and always looking to incorporate the newest technology, Wagner fit seamlessly into their supply chain, guaranteeing that the products would be delivered on time and cost effectively.
Wagner fast tracked the project and Gamo's blister packs were in production by the second week of December, at a rate of 15,000 blister packs in an 8-hour shift. Due to Christmas falling on a weekend in 2005, the Wagner teams worked both the Friday before and the Monday after the holiday to make sure the order was fulfilled as promised.
